The Gallery In The Sky
The Top of The World Observation Level's Gallery In The Sky features local Baltimore artists’ work throughout the year, led by BOPA's Senior Curator & Public Art Manager, Kirk Butts. TOTW's exhibits give artist an opportunity to connect with the community and the many tourists that visit Baltimore each year.
